Services Overview
vLeap offers a digital platform where Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) can create, manage, and reward tasks known as bounties. Bounties may involve various types of tokens, including but not limited to normal tokens, NFTs, and SFTs, as rewards for task completion by users.
User Obligations & Conduct
As a user of our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your vLeap account information updated.
- Conduct all transactions in good faith and make efforts to resolve any disputes that may arise.
- Be solely responsible for all transactions and activities that occur under your account.
Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
While we strive to facilitate a smooth experience, we do not oversee or control the bounties or tasks, nor do we endorse any user. We make no representations about and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services and the use of your information by third parties. You use the Services at your own risk.
Task Completion Process
By participating in a DAO Bounty, you agree to utilize vLeap's portal for all interactions related to task completion. This includes, but is not limited to, the submission of task completions, communication with other users, and requests for changes.
Conflict Resolution
In the event of a conflict arising from a DAO Bounty, a separate DAO consisting of trusted members will be assembled to vote and resolve the conflict. You understand and agree to accept the decision of this DAO.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform, and by continuing to use the Services after such changes have been posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vLeap regarding your use of our Services.
