Affiliates 💰

Legal stuff is boring, so we try to keep it simple and short. By signing up for our Affiliate Program you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions:

1. No coupon, deal, loyalty, cash-back, rewards, or virtual mall websites.
2. No cybersquatting and typosquatting.
3. No self-referrals.
4. No cookie stuffing or altering.
5. No spamming.
6. No fraud.
7. No paid search campaigns.
8. No paid search campaigns that contain our trademarks in other systems.
9. No violation of laws or regulations.
10. No acts on behalf of any of our brands.
11. Do not associate or include our brand, affiliate program, or affiliate links with your website or content that contains discrimination, violence, sexually explicit materials, or is used for other illegal activities.

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate your account due to violations of the outlined terms and conditions.
• Reverse or cancel payouts due to customer's order cancellations or returns, duplicate tracking, or disputed charges.
• Use content you create in the app or web app and display it behind a paywall (a subscription). If we do, we reference your account as the author.

Please be aware that due to technical limitations from the AppStore & PlayStore, our Affiliate Program only takes purchases done through our web application into account. To encourage users you have referred to purchase items via our web app (and therefore be tracked and credited to your account), we also only offer Affiliate discounts on our web app.

Subscription plans and other items purchased on the web app are - of course - also available on any other platform.

The commission amount you get per successfully referred customer is what we call "reward." This is how the reward is calculated: Reward = (Gross Amount - Taxes - Payment Provider Fee) * Commission Rate.

Tagrity Branded Affiliate Program

By participating in our Branded Affiliate Program, affiliates ("Affiliates") grant Tagrity a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the Affiliate’s brand name, logo, trademarks, and other brand assets ("Brand Assets") for the purpose of designing, marketing, and selling products under this agreement. Tagrity may use the Brand Assets in various media, including but not limited to product packaging, marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms, exclusively for promotional activities as part of this program.

Tagrity will manage the design, production, and fulfillment of products featuring the Brand Assets. This includes creating promotional materials and showcasing products on the Company’s platforms. All final product designs and specifications will be determined by Tagrity, ensuring they meet both quality standards and the brand's aesthetic requirements.

Affiliates will receive a commission from the net profits of the branded products sold. The commission rate and payout schedule will be detailed in the agreement specific to each affiliate.

Please note: Affiliates agree that Tagrity may reference the Affiliate's participation in the program and use associated Brand Assets in marketing and promotional materials, including the Company’s website and social media platforms.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing up for the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tagrity concerning the Affiliate Program and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. Tagrity reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
