# Initiating a Return or Refund

  • Return Window: The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
  • Approval Required: Await approval and instructions from our customer support team before returning any physical items. For digital products, specific instructions will be provided. Approval is typically provided within 2-3 business days.

# Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Physical Products: Must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Digital Products: If you are unsatisfied with a digital product or service, fill out the form below or contact us within the return window for resolution options.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If any product arrives damaged or defective, contact us with proof, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping fees apply to the consumer. We may provide a prepaid shipping label for physical product returns in certain cases.

# Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Items or services that do not meet expectations may be eligible for a partial refund unless notified of specific terms and cancellation options.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless agreed otherwise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
